About the role

Crust & Cocktails is a 55-seat room in Liberty Commons off Weathervane Lane, Akron, with a kitchen, a bar and a floor covered by a small team. The Cook (Prep & Kitchen) role focuses on food prep, food safety, and kitchen cleanup, separate from the Line Cook position.

What you will do

Prepare menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup
Identify proper food handling procedures
Monitor hot and cold holding temperatures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Execute presentation standards

What you need

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
