About the role

Crust & Cocktails is a 55-seat room in Liberty Commons off Weathervane Lane, Akron, with a kitchen, a bar and a floor covered by a small team. The General Manager leads front-of-house and back-of-house teams, controls food, beverage, and labor costs, and drives daily operations and profitability.

What you will do

Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
Control food, beverage, and labor costs
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
Manage inventory and ordering
Help drive sales and restaurant profitability

What you need
