About the role

Crust & Cocktails is a 55-seat room in Liberty Commons off Weathervane Lane, Akron, with a kitchen, a bar and a floor covered by a small team. The Restaurant Manager works with ownership on events, promotions, staffing, and day-to-day operations across the floor, bar, and kitchen.

What you will do

Work directly with ownership to manage events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
Coach and develop team members
Maintain cleanliness standards
Analyze sales and labor numbers
Multitask
Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
Execute "Steps of Service" standards
